1. Have a face-to-face consult with your hairstylist to make sure you are comfortable.
2. Make an appointment for hair and make-up 3 to 4 weeks ahead.
3. Have hair trimmed at least one week before the prom.
4. Find a picture for inspiration.
5. Make sure to check hair accessories
6. Allow one hour for your hair and 30 minutes for your make-up and consider travel time in your prom day schedule.
7. Have your hair clean and dry for prom hair appointment.
8. Wear something easy to pull over your hair-do

A trial will insure that the wedding day runs smoothly. You and I discuss your hair ideas and do several mock-ups until we are satisfied. We can talk about headpiece and other hair accessories. I take pictures from all angels of your favorite hairstyles and take plenty of notes.

This bride choose to have me come to her location. I arrived at Sweetwater Branch Inn early, as she relaxed in her Jamies. No stress because we both were prepared.  Other  members of the wedding party drifted in and joined us. Soon we had a pleasant room full of mothers, bridesmaids and a VERY happy bride. I wanted to have my hair down, in a classic retro Veronica Lake style. No clips or babies breath or veil, just a beautiful style that would last for 5 or so hours, through Florida humidity and rain, and dancing and a million people hugging me. My sister wanted an Up-do that was classic, but not severe. Deborah took care of the both of us as if we were her own daughters, listening to what we wanted, tweaking our ideas, working quickly but efficiently and all the while making us laugh. My hair turned out perfectly, she even pinned it up and told me how to take it out right before I was to walk down the aisle. You can tell she really cared, it wasnt just a service.
